The gerenal qualifications are as follows :
-University Graduates (S1) in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Geology, Geodesy)
-Maximum 30 years of age
-GPA/ IPK minimum 2,80
-Fresh Graduate or having 1 -3 years work experience
-Excellent in interpersonal skill
-Fluent in oral and written in English
-Self-motivated and willing to learn
